Service area
Fifteen towns, one shop on S. 3rd Avenue.
We install, repair and maintain heating and cooling systems from Yakima out to Cle Elum and Goldendale. Pick your town for the services we offer there and what customers in the area have written. Emergency service runs 24-7 at 509-248-6380.
Upper Valley
Yakima is home base. The shop and office are at 302 S. 3rd Avenue, so a call from Yakima, Selah, Moxee, Naches or Tieton reaches dispatch and a technician with the shortest drive we have.
Naches is also where we designed and built two offices for Allan Bros, and CPC's corporate office in Tieton is on our own list of design-build projects.
Lower Valley
Down the valley we cover Wapato, Toppenish, Zillah, Granger, Sunnyside, Grandview and Prosser. One Toppenish customer wrote that we came down to the lower valley to fix a dead furnace the same morning, then came back the next day when it quit again and charged only for parts.
Commercial work here includes Snipes Mountain Brewery and the Mountain States Construction office in Sunnyside, Lower Valley Credit Union in Grandview, and the TreeTop office in Prosser.
Kittitas County
Over the pass we serve Ellensburg and Cle Elum, for homeowners replacing a heat pump or tuning up a furnace and for businesses. Our design-build list includes Holiday Inn Ellensburg, Grand Meridian Cinema, Boysmith Vision Center and the Wild Horse Wind Farm office in Ellensburg, and Comtronics in Cle Elum.
Klickitat County
Goldendale is the farthest town on our list. One Goldendale customer had us repair a 20-year-old Trane heat pump and air conditioner. We service and repair all major brands, not only the Carrier equipment we sell.
Close to home
We have worked in several states and Mexico. We take the most pride in the local jobs.
We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, established in 1974, and the work stays close to the shop: rooftop units set by crane, custom ductwork built in-house, furnaces and heat pumps for homes across the valley. Not sure we reach you? Call 509-248-6380 and ask.
