Oil furnace replacement, repair and tank service in Central Washington
Plenty of Central Washington homes still heat with oil. We replace, repair and keep them running, and we will deliver and refill the tank.
Chapter 01
Burner smoke, short cycles and a cold house
Here in Washington, many households still use oil as their heating fuel. When an oil furnace misbehaves it usually shows up in the burner: it needs cleaning, the lines are clogged, a belt or other part has worn out, the burner smokes, or it cycles far too often.
Whether the fault is inside the furnace or at the thermostat, we get to the bottom of it. We know a dead furnace in a Central Washington winter is a safety problem, so we show up promptly after you call, and we give an accurate quote before any work starts. No hidden fees, because a breakdown is surprise enough.

How the oil gets to the burner, and how we replace the furnace
Every time the thermostat calls for heat, the furnace pulls oil from the storage tank and pumps it to the burner, where it is turned into a mist, mixed with air and ignited in the combustion chamber. Unlike a gas furnace there is no line from the street, so you need a tank on your property. All Seasons can deliver and refill it and set a schedule so you never run out in winter.
Oil furnaces last a long time, around 25 years, but the efficiency gap is real. Many older models sit at an AFUE of 56 to 70 percent, meaning 30 to 44 percent of the fuel is wasted, while furnaces made after 2015 must be rated 80 or higher and high-efficiency models burn at 90 to 98.5. Replacing an old one is a favorite job of ours, and homeowners notice the difference almost at once.
We take careful measurements, base the design on room-by-room load calculations, and connect the new furnace to ductwork we fabricate in our own shop to SMACNA standards. Financing is available with approved credit.
Chapter 03
Yearly cleaning keeps the repair bills away
An oil furnace has many mechanical parts that need checking and cleaning at least once a year, the pressure switch and blower among them. The air filter on a warm-air system needs replacing, and a neglected filter is the most common cause of poor circulation and breakdowns. The flue that carries exhaust away needs cleaning now and then too.
