Design-build HVAC for Central Washington businesses

Design-build puts the responsibility for the finished system in one place. In a traditional build, the designer is separated from the people who install the equipment, and that gap adds complexity and communication problems that increase cost and time. With All Seasons, the design, the installation and the performance all rest with us.

How it benefits you

Made, installed and serviced by the people who designed it

Everything we list below rests on one thing: practical experience. Making HVAC systems, installing them, servicing them and maintaining them is real-world work, not an abstract design concept. The vast majority of mechanical engineers have never put a hammer to installing, servicing or maintaining these systems.

How far would you trust a doctor fresh out of school if he or she never practiced on a single patient? There is a level of competency beyond books that you only gain by performing the work successfully over and over again.

A design-build contractor provides one service in which the design, the installation and the performance of the product all rest with the contractor. On this page, that contractor is All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning.

What you can hold us to

The benefits of design-build with All Seasons

Design-build contractors are held to high ethical standards. These are ours, in plain terms.

  • Design fees: $0

Our engineering or design fees are $0 when you accept our service. Engineering fees can add substantial expense to a project.

  • You are the client

We work directly for you, not an architect or contractor, so we pay attention to your specific needs and desires.

  • One name on the job

We take full responsibility and accountability for the product. There is no finger-pointing at someone else if something is not quite right.

  • Code and law, met

We hold to the high ethical standards required of design-build contractors. We never skirt the rules, and we meet the code, legal and ethical requirements for all licensed services.

  • Plain dealing

We are honest and transparent, and we never use fraud or deliberately false or misleading statements or materials.

  • Conflicts disclosed

We avoid conflicts of interest. If one arises, we disclose it quickly and work to resolve it professionally.

  • No bribes

We do not accept or give bribes.

  • Full scope, warranty included

We honor our contractual agreements and fulfill the entire scope of our work. We will never alter the scope, quality or objectives without your consent, and that promise includes the warranty after the service.

  • Safety first

We vigorously protect the safety of our workers, the public and the client.

  • Confidences kept

We do not violate confidential or intellectual property.

Our process

Calculated, drawn and fabricated under one roof

Heat loss and gain

Our designs are based on room-by-room heat loss and gain calculations, run in industry-leading design software by Carrier, Wrightsoft and Loop CAD.

Permit drawings

We produce AutoCAD drawings in-house to meet the application requirements for permits.

Built to SMACNA

All our systems are built in-house to SMACNA standards and current code requirements.

Custom sheet metal is fast becoming a lost art

Our full-time fabricator, Greg Lunning, blends plasma table accuracy with old-school artistry, creating build-to-measure fittings for any project we design.

We limit flex-duct to its proper use, three to five feet on terminating branch runs. The rest of the system is smooth galvanized sheet metal with low static-inducing fittings, sealed to meet or exceed the mechanical code, and insulated beyond the conditioned envelope.
