All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning · Yakima, WA

Built in our own sheet-metal shop since 1974.

A Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer on S. 3rd Avenue. We size the system room by room, fabricate the galvanized ductwork in-house, install it, and stand behind it, for homes and businesses across Central Washington.

Detail sheet · 302 S. 3rd Avenue

The part of the job you never see is the part we draw first.

Custom sheet metal fabrication is fast becoming a lost art. Ours still happens a block off Yakima Avenue, and it is why an All Seasons system runs quiet and moves the air it was sized for.

  1. Sized room by room, not by rule of thumb

Every design starts from a room-by-room heat loss and gain calculation in Carrier, Wrightsoft and Loop CAD software. For permits we draw it in AutoCAD in-house, so you see exactly what you are getting before anything is cut.

  2. Smooth galvanized, low-static fittings

The trunk and branches are smooth galvanized sheet metal with low static-inducing fittings, so the air the equipment is rated for actually reaches the room. Quieter registers, steadier temperatures.

  3. Flex duct only where it belongs

Flex is highly restrictive to air flow. We limit it to its proper job: three to five feet of terminating branch run. That one rule is the most common corner other installs cut.

  4. Sealed to code, insulated past the envelope

Ductwork is sealed to meet or exceed the mechanical code, and every run beyond the conditioned envelope is insulated. Attic and crawlspace heat stays in the duct, not in the attic.

  5. Built in our shop to SMACNA

Greg Lunning runs the plasma table on S. 3rd Avenue and finishes each fitting by hand to measure. All of our systems are built in-house to SMACNA standards and current code.

In the shop

Plasma-table accuracy, old-school hands.

One size does not fit all. We never take the spandex approach: every transition and fitting on your job is built to the measurements we took at your house.

Schedule · design-build in the region

Packing houses, hotels, cinemas, a wind farm office.

The vast majority of mechanical engineers have never installed or serviced the systems they draw. We have, over and over, and it shows up in the design. These are projects we designed and built.

From our customers

4.4 on Google from 80 reviews.

“While Mark was testing my unit, he had time to field a couple of phone calls from his younger colleague, and I got to overhear/witness the mentoring relationship in action; what a great display!”

Andrew S., heat pump repair, Yakima

“They were the third company to put in a bid but they were by far quicker at doing it, and had the best price.”
