We want everyone who needs heating or cooling in Central Washington to be able to reach us. If you wish to report an accessibility issue, have any questions, or need assistance using this website, please contact us and we will help.
Nothing on this site is required to get service. Everything you can do here, you can also do by phone: ask a question, request service, book a maintenance visit or ask for an estimate. We do not claim that every page meets a formal accessibility standard. If something does not work for you, we would rather hear about it and fix it.
If something is hard to use
Call, or send the office a note. A few details help us find the problem quickly, but you do not need to have all of them.
Send the office a note- The page address, or the name of the page, where you ran into the problem.
- What you were trying to do, such as read a service page, send a request or find our phone number.
- The device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if you know it.
- How you would like us to reach you: by phone, by email, or by a call at a set time.
